    Since a while our feed is not syncing anymore.

    The url: https://springstore.nl/wp-content/uploads/woo-feed/facebook/xml/pinterest-2.xml is updating correctly, but the data sync to Facebook is not up to date. Can you tell us what to do?

    Thanks for reaching us.

    There are a few reasons your feed is not being updated on FB.
    First, the auto-update is not working on your setup and the feed is not getting updated on each update schedule. To solve the issue, please, follow the documentation on – How to Fix Auto Feed Update, not Working Issue?

    But, if the updates are reflecting on the feed but not on Facebook then make sure no caching tool is caching your feed. For example, any caching plugin like WP Rocket. To avoid feed caching, please, follow the documentation on – How to solve Feed Configuration not updating issue?

    However, if it still remains the same, please, update the feed manually on your site and then go to Facebook Commerce > Catalog > Data source > Click on the feed > Click the Upload Now button.
