    Hi dear user.

Can you tell more details with some example code or screenshot?

    Thanks.

    Hello,

I’ve attached a video where I pull up multiple blog posts and each of them is generating a different app id. Only 1 blog post is generating the correct id. If you look in the settings I have my app id set already.

    Hi dear user.

    Sorry for the late response.

Unfortunately, we couldn’t check the video – “Unable to display content. Adobe Flash is required.”

The issue you mentioned is very strange, so we need detailed information for future support.

    Thanks.

Here is the link to the video.

The one blog post that is showing under my comment moderator was posted when I using a different FB comment box plugin.

    Hi dear user.

Try to clear your website and browser caches, maybe it is an cache issue.

    Thanks.

    Okay dear user.

We are sorry, but in this situation we don’t know how to help, because from our plugin side there isn’t any problem. Problem may come from Facebook Api and we can’t change anything from there. Our plugin just import the Api and in our plugin functionality there isn’t anything that can fix this issue.

Also, we advice you to check again your plugins list and try to disable Facebook plugins(if you are using such plugin) and check it again. Also, maybe your previous plugin left some cache files, you need to check it as well from FTP.

    Thanks.
