Facebook comment plus standard comment

    Hi all

    I have installed Facebook plug-in and activate Facebook Comment.
    Now at the end of a single post i have the capabilites to comment via Facebook my article, but the standard comment (functionality integrated in wordpress) not appear.

    I’m not sure it is a normal fact (bug or normal), but there’s a way to activate both (FB+standard comment)?

  • I’m pretty sure that’s by design. the FB comment feature replaces the WP comment feature.

    Ok, is there a way to enable both, or introduce a function in the standard comment that share (a copy) on the facebook page?

    The Facebook plugin for WordPress fetches comments from Facebook’s servers for display in a <noscript> element on the page, allowing search engines and other requestors of the page without the ability to execute the JavaScript of the Comments Box social plugin to see existing comments.

    You may override the <noscript> behavior with a <div> or <section> by returning the name of the element in the facebook_comments_wrapper filter.
