Facebook? Comments? Bizarro!

    Sometime today, the following started happening:

    RE: https://www.triplepundit.com

    1) Non loggedin users get half loaded article pages
    2) I though this was a bug with Disqus, but it persists whether disqus is on or not
    3) Pages don’t completely load, leaving stats useless…

    So…. something recently is messing with page loading for logged in users. I have not chanced ANYTHING recently so anyone got any idea whats up?

    Arggggggghhhh….. so disqus is gone. Totally uninstalled. Problem persists:

    Do you see anything in there that gives a clue as to why the page doesn’t load for logged-in users?

    Would it be helpful if I posted the contents of comments.php?

    I swear I edited nothing, and I’m totally skunked!

    Disqus just released version 2.42 of their plugin. Install that and see if it fixes the problem.

    If it doesn’t, use one of the apps mentioned above to compare your current theme files to a recent backup and see if anything is different.

    yeah I did, 2.42 didn’t do anything. After that I deleted. So it’s got nothing to do with Disqus which makes it all the more bizarre.

    They have now released 2.43, again with no change log. Might as well try again I suppose.

    Well, I got rid of Disqus. I’ll upgrade it and try another time. Too much of a headache right now ??
