Facebook comments vanished

  • Hello,

    I recently moved my website to another folder on my webserver. Since the move, Facebook comments vanished from the page. When I take a look in the admin section, I can see all of them. WordPress comments are disabled btw, it looks messy if I activate them both imo.

    Is there any way to get the comments back on the page?

    I already tried to uninstall/reinstall the plugin, but that didn’t make a difference.

    Hope someone can help me out here!

  • I am having the exact same problem. We have quite a few comments on most of our posts, but they’ve all been emptied on the front-end, but they’re there in the backend.

    How do we get our comments back?

    Well something isn’t going the way it should. And after three weeks without response, I get the feeling the developers don’t care at all.

    Same problem here and no support at all on this… Sadly have to stop using this plugin and give it a negative rating… ??
