Hey, I love this plugin and I was able to buit exactly what I needed for this website:

    https://www.sidneycorbett.com/

Now in the next step I want to automatically send the Events that are created on the wordpress site to a facebook fanpage. In my understanding the facebook only works from facebook to wordpress, is this correct?
What do you tink is the best practice to send the event information to facebook? Is it possible with an rss feed?

    Thank you very much!

    Tino

P.S.: Thank you for the eme if tags!!! they work great!

RSS works as advertised, but I don’t know how to get that into facebook …

Thank you, I just looke dat the rss tag, a few questions remain:

How would I actually trigger the rss? Do I have to place the rss tag in a template and it would be triggered by a new post?

Also what can I include, would it be everything from an event (like images for example) or just text?

Can I built a custom rss template that will be used where I could include all the things that I would like to be shown in the RSS feed post?

    All the best

I think you talk about the shortcode [eme_rss_link], see https://www.e-dynamics.be/wordpress/?cat=35
Any new events are immediately in the RSS link
Concerning what is included: RSS is a specific format and currently EME only gives you title, event link, categories and description. So no images in there.
Maybe you can take a look at the ical export, that includes also the location and the featured image.
