    Hi,

I’ve come across the problem of “content not available” when configuring the Facebook for woo commerce plug-in. I’ve seen on the support forum that you have to access the database and delete the following below. I have no knowledge of the database. Is this something that I would need someone from word press to fix or are there simple step-by-step instructions that I can follow to sort this issue.

    wc_facebook_product_catalog_id
    wc_facebook_external_merchant_settings_id
    wc_facebook_feed_id

    Hi there @maxfrance,

Please share a full screenshot of the error you are facing and a link to the forums topics you are looking at for a solution.

I recommend https://snipboard.io/ for easily sharing screenshots – please follow the instructions on the page, then paste the URL(s) in your reply.
You can simply drag the image and drop it to generate a link to share.

    Thanks!

    Q. I tried to open the setup window with the Manage Connection button, and instead the popup window displays “Sorry, this content is not available right now”!

    Cheers

    Hey @maxfrance,

To access the database options you’d need to access your site’s database via your hosting account. Most web hosts have a tool called PHPmyAdmin on a hosting account which can be used to access the database.

You would then need to search for these terms below within the database and delete any entries associated with those.

    wc_facebook_product_catalog_id
    wc_facebook_external_merchant_settings_id
    wc_facebook_feed_id

You could also try deactivating and deleting the Facebook plugin, re-installing and then reactivating that first of all though.
