Facebook conversion pixel on the download

On our website https://www.versterking.nl/gratis-e-boek/ we use download monitor for ppl to download a free e-book (in combination with e-mail before download and contact 7 form). When they fill in there name etc. and click on request (aanvragen) the button appears ‘Klik hier voor je gratis e-boek’ (Click here for your free e-book). On that function we want to place a facebook conversion pixel but we can’t get it to work.

So the idea is to have a thank you page pop up after the download click, how can we build in a redirect after ppl click on the Klik hier voor je gratis e-boek button?
