Facebook count shows 0 likes

  • Same here! Got everything working like Instagram, Twitter and YouTube but Facebook doesn’t work and yes, everything is correct. Maybe Version v2.6 Upgrade Notice????

    Same here. Seems some changes at Facebook Developer but I am not sure. Here is the report I got:

    To use ‘Page Public Content Access’, your use of this endpoint must be reviewed and approved by Facebook. To submit this ‘Page Public Content Access’ feature for review please read our documentation on reviewable features:

    Same here. Looks like a newly created app must be reviewed to be able to get ‘fan_counts’ and other data. I guess it’s something that FB has implemented in last time due to all the data leaking controversy.

    However, I tried to rework it using User Token instead of App Token and seems like it works for me even for a new app. Not sure if this a right way to achieve ‘fan_counts’, I’m not an expert in this area, but it solves the issue.
