Hello, congratulations to the developers. I′d been five days using the plugin and works really well. After a month using it I′ll donate to support development, no doubt.

I just had found a problem. At least for me a big problem: After sharing whatever post the Facebook share counter resets to zero. One of the last posts I shared in FB had 15K and after sharing it its 0 ?? Visiting the facebook debugger page I can see the 15k shares are there and linked to the HTTP version of the post, but the counter the plugin is reading, and new shares count to, the HTTPS version.

Any help would be really aprecciated.

    Thanks in advance.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the appreciation ??
Though, you have posted your website link in http, it redirects to https version which is the reason of the lost share counts. New https webpages have only a few shares compared to previous http urls.
You can use our add-on https://www.heateor.com/recover-social-share-counts/ to show the old shares summed up with the new ones.

Hi, thanks for the info. I just bought the add on for Super Socializer in order to recover the Facebook Shares (http+https). I installed it, add de Reg, activate, clean counter caché, reload the post and yes, the counter shows all the shares, good…but if I reload the page again the facebook counter is blank, no FB share number at all, not even the https shares. More reloads don′t fix the problem.

    Help please.

Now for the why: The internet is a wonderful place full of very nice people and a few very bad ones. I’m sure everyone here is very nice however, by giving some ones keys to your house you are trusting they wont steal anything. Likewise the person who takes the keys is now responsible for the house FOREVER.

If something was to go wrong, then you the author may well legally become liable for damages, which they would not normally have been as their software is provided without warranty.

Please be aware that repeatedly asking for credentials will result in us asking you to repeatedly stop before escalating up to the plugins team.
