Facebook Counting Issues

Sorry for the repost – realized I had posted in a “solved” thread…
Our Facebook Counter is unfortunately still not working. One of my clients: https://www.naturalhealth365.com uses AddToAny and every day when they post their article, the Facebook counter IMMEDIATELY reports 536 shares on Facebook on every single article they post. Here’s a message from them about how they “fix” it every day:
When I went to the home page of our site, I noticed that my scheduled blog post article for today had 536 FB shares. This is the same ‘random’ number that’s been applied for the last few days as soon as the article gets published. So…
To fix it, I log into WP and I go to the social sharing section within Yoast SEO for the blog post and I plugin the featured image url to the FB image upload section and then (and only then), once I update the post, the AddToAny Facebook shares report number changes to “1” – I guess resetting itself?
Any idea what’s happening?
This has never been a problem before using Yoast SEO and AddToAny; anyone else have this issue?
