  • I’m getting a diagnostic error in my facebook events manager. Is this something you can help me with solving?

    Server Sending Invalid Match Key Parameters for AddToCart Event

    ISSUE
    Your server is sending an invalid ip_address, user_agent parameters value for your AddToCart event. This may be because there was an error in the parameter value.
    This may cause issues with the attribution and delivery optimization of ad campaigns that are using this event.

    SOLUTION
    Check that you’re sending valid and unique values for the ip_address, user_agent parameters for your AddToCart event and that the data is normalized correctly.

    Hi,

    The error means that for two AddToCart events sent server-side (Conversion API), some of the matching data was missing or was incorrect. It can be something speciffic to a particular user and not a global problem. However, if this keeps happening, please let us know.

    IMPORTANT: Support for the paid version of the plugin is available on our website directly. Since the AddToCart works server-side on the paid version only (for now), I guess you have a paid license. So please contact us on the website if you notice similar issues.
