Facebook does not appear

Why is it that the facebook icon is not shown? Im using 3.6.1 wordpress. I inspect the element of the div for facebook and i found two scripts(<scripts>) tags, 1 has a code, i mean you could see the whats inside the script but the other one seem to be empty, why is it that?
