Hello, since I have uploaded articles to my online store, prices are automatically updated on facebook and instagram almost immediately. But a couple of days ago I disconnected the facebook store and reconnected, after this I changed the price of 3 products which were not updated on facebook until I forced the synchronization and they were correctly reflected on Facebook but not on instagram , on instagram I have the old price. It is as if facebook is not sending that information to instagram. I have tried everything and nothing that is solved, if you could help me I would appreciate it.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hi @creationweb,

Thanks for getting in touch about our Facebook for WooCommerce plugin. I’m happy to help out here ?? or help gather the necessary information to contact Facebook directly.

Could you please let me know what plugin version you’re using?

Could you please also send me a screenshot of your Facebook Product Sync dashboard in WordPress? You can do so by logging into WordPress and going to WooCommerce > Facebook > Product Sync and take a screenshot of the settings.

You can send the screenshot via https://snipboard.io/ or your preferred tool!

This extra information could help us narrow things down and better assist you, so I appreciate it!

    Thanks!

    Hi, thanks for your response.
The current version of the plugin is 2.1.2
I attach the image requested in this link https://ibb.co/P6LS8RS

Thank you very much, stay tuned

The price change was correctly updated on instagram when I did it manually in my facebook store, because doing it from the plugin in my woocommerce store does not do it correctly.

    Thanks for the screenshot!

For the products where the price change didn’t transfer over, could you please me know if they are variable products or simple products?

Could you please update your plugin since there’s been some product updates?

Than in WooCommerce > Facebook > Product Sync, click the Sync products button and see if that helps?

You can download the most recent version here and see the changelog here: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/facebook-for-woocommerce/#developers

Could you let me know the results?

    Thanks!
    Christine

HELLO I HAD ALREADY WRITTEN YOU BEFORE BECAUSE OF THE SYNCHRONIZATION PROBLEM OF MY STORE TO FACEBOOK AND IN ITS TIME FROM FACEBOOK TO INSTAGRAM. THE PRICES ARE NOT SHOWN CORRECTLY THEY ARE NOT SHOWN AS THEY ARE ON THE ORIGINAL WEB PAGE, COULD YOU PLEASE HELP ME, THE PLUGINS IS UPDATED TO THE LATEST VERSION, ALL THE CONFIGURATIONS ARE CORRECTLY AS THEY SUGGESTED ME. PRODUCTS ARE VARIABLE

    @creationweb

Thanks for the update here! So the products are variables…I’d like to make sure that the prices are being synced correctly.

Could you please enable debug mode on the Facebook plugin, force sync your products again, and please let me know if you find any errors?

    Here are the instructions:
    * Go to WooCommerce > Facebook and enable debugging, like this: https://cloud.skyver.ge/z8uZR4m0
    * Then, go to one of the new products that haven’t synced and made an update to the Product. Every time you update a product, it should sync so this should set up off the syncing process for that product.

Once that’s done, please check for logs.

Here’s how you check for logs:
    * Go to WooCommerce > Status > Logs and find the log from your product update. The title will look something like this: facebook_for_woocommerce-2020-10-08-38d912b078446ac60ca003e2382c0ab3.log.

Please note that the log may be in UTC/GMT time, so it may be offset by a few hours.

    * Then, find a variable product in the logs by searching for the product name and compare it to what’s on the Facebook catalog.

Please also search if there are any errors.

Could you please let me know what you find?

    Thanks!
    Christine
