    I have Facebook, Twitter, and Pinterest options turned on. Twitter and Pinterest work fine, but when I try to share to Facebook, none of the info comes through and instead all I see in the post box is Share.es

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Has anyone figured this out? 4 days is a long time… I’m having the same issue over at positivewriter.com

    Hi @brianmcculloh & @nuonical,

    Thanks for reaching out and apologies for the delay!
    We’re currently in the process of updating our SSL certification and all links pointing from shar.es should be up and running shortly.

    Additionally, you’re currently using a very old and outdated plugin of ShareThis that is no longer updated. For a better experience and faster buttons we recommend updating to the latest version of our ShareThis buttons.

    You can get a copy of the new version here: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/sharethis-share-buttons/

    Hope this helps and I’ll be sure to update you once shar.es links are live again.

    Thanks for responding! Will it begin to work without me updating? Just curious…

    @brianmcculloh,

    It will as the legacy buttons are a stable version, only reason why you’re seeing this issue at the moment is because we’re in the process of updating our SSL certification. Once finalized all should be well again but we highly recommend updating to the latest buttons as the legacy buttons you are using are no longer supported nor updated.

    Our new buttons includes awesome new features such as an analytics dashboard, additional sharing buttons, faster loading times and more. We also anticipate improving the overall platform experience down the road and the Platform will continue to receive new updates and features.

    Hope this helps to explain a bit deeper of the benefits. Please let us know if you have any other questions Brian!
