See if the app will still work. Since you are a developer it shouldn’t affect it. I’m still trying to get a FB app approved that everyone can use, that will hopefully solve all the FB app problems.

    thanks

    Hello,
I see this error during the plugin settings so I’m not able to approve the page access. So in this moment I can’t have Facebook reviews on the website. Please update me as soon as you have find a solution. Thanks.

Can you upload a screenshot to a file sharing site and then post a link to it so I can see?

    thanks

Switch your FB app to developer mode. On the settings page for the app, look at the top of the page, should be a switch that you can use to change the Status from Live to Development. Make sure your app is in Development.

    thanks

If you will describe your problem I can help. If it isn’t related to the Invalid Scopes: manage_pages. message then please start a new thread.

    thanks

Switching to development worked for me.

    I just got : ”
It appears Facebook is still temporarily blocking access to parts of their Pages API Unable to retrieve the name of the reviewer. Check the javascript console for more details. Now attempting alternative method to retrieve your 10 most helpful reviews. This shouldn’t take more than a few seconds. ——X Most Helpful FB reviews downloaded.”

i already read that you are working on this. Thanks for your support.
