Facebook error & access permissions could not be verified

Facebook publish plugin just stopped working all of a sudden, says there are errors, says to report it to the plugin author, and says my Facebook profile access permissions can’t be verified. If I click on “Grant Access Permissions” in the settings, it does nothing.
