Facebook feed does not show. Connection with token works

    Hi Smash Balloon! We are trying to reach you via the Support line, but the ticket does not proceed your submit button.

    On a client′s web page we have implemented the Facebook feed plugin pro from Smash B. Now the connection with the Facebook ID and Token has worked. The feeds are created (photo and video) and customization has worked well. The shortcode is implemented in Elementor sections on two (2 pages, one with photo feed and one with video feed) BUT the feeds are not fetched, only the Facebook headers.
    To be mentioned; the Instagram feed on index page works fine, But above the Instagram feed we want the Facebook feed to show. Scroll down to the middle of the HOME page to see Facebook text header with no feed and Instagram feed below. https://seapax.se/
    Please advice how to solve this matter. We look forward to your response

Since the form hasn’t been working for you, could you instead send us an email to [email protected] and include your license key and the System Info from the Facebook plugin? With this information, we’ll be better able to investigate the problem. You can find the System Info here:

    1. WordPress DashBoard – Facebook Feed – click on the “Help” button in the upper right corner of the page. This takes you to our Support page.

    2. Scroll down to the System Info section on the Support page.

    3. Click the Copy button on the right-hand side of the System Info title.

    4. Paste the ‘System Info’ into your reply.
