    Hi @mcxg46

By default, you get limited permissions however you can add other permissions as well in Facebook explorer while generating the access token under “Permissions”.

    Please see this screenshot:

Also, don’t forget to extend the temporary token for two months by following the step 10 and 11 in this documentation:
    https://easysocialfeed.com/custom-facebook-feed/page-token/

    Thank you

Many thanks for your help – it is now working fine.

One other question – will I have to go in and extend the token every two months? And if so, is there a way around that?

Your connect Facebook button wasn’t working, which is why I had to do it manually: it gives me this error message:

    App not set up
This app is still in development mode, and you don’t have access to it. Switch to a registered test user or ask an app admin for permissions.

    Hi @mcxg46,

    You are most welcome.

Unfortunately, that’s true. It will expire after two months and you will have to generate it again.

But I am sure by that time, we will have our applications approved. One of the two apps is already working. We are working to get the second app approved as well.

I have marked this thread as resolved since we have a workaround and also Easy Social Feed (A) app is working in the latest version 6.3.6.

Please do not hesitate to re-open the thread if the issue is still there.
