Facebook feed NOT showing date in feed

    Hi

    I’m trialling your plugin for Facebook feed and Instagram Feed for a client.

    I cannot see anywhere that it shows the date of the Facebook post feed for the particular posts that it is showing.

    WHere should that be showing ? Maybe it is showing in white text but I can’t see it.
    Also is there an option to show more than 6 feeds or is that the Pro version ?
    Is there an option to show the feeds in 2 columns instead of 1 huge column,k I would prefer that ?

    Is there a limit on the Free plugin version ? It doesn’t disappear if so many people have seen it on the website ?

    I notice some plugins allow only 200 views for free version and then it is locked out or NOT seen by the public after so many views ? I can’t tell whether your plugin has that limitation to force people to buy paid versions ?

    Please advise urgently if you have a moment.

    Thanks for your interest in our plugin(s).

    To answer your questions:

    I cannot see anywhere that it shows the date of the Facebook post feed for the particular posts that it is showing.
    In your WordPress dashboard, go to Feed Them > Settings > Global Options, make sure the “Date Format” is how you want it as well as the TimeZone, then scroll to the bottom and click the green ‘Save All Changes’ button. Also, make sure “show date” is set to yes in your shortcode settings, when generating a shortcode.

    Also is there an option to show more than 6 feeds or is that the Pro version ?
    Yes, you will need the FTS Premium to display more than 6 posts

    Is there an option to show the feeds in 2 columns instead of 1 huge column,k I would prefer that ?
    There is not a columns option in the regular FB Feed. You can enable the grid, which will display the images in a responsive way to adjust for browser window size and different devices. The Instagram feed has a column option as well the ability to force the columns.

    We do not have limits on the FTS free or Premium versions. However, all the social media networks do have call rate limits.

    Thanks for your reply.
    I changed the TimeZone and Date format.
    Show date is only premium version is what it says here with the Shortcode area.

    So what the client sees on the Free one is big huge ??? Question Mark where the date should be. It looks awful, somehow I should be able to fix that ? Could you help with that somehow ?

    Shouldn’t that at least be displayed in the free version otherwise no-one can see the dates on the posts …

    Actually the big huge question mark ??? on the left hand side of the post, might be where the logo of the Facebook should sit ? Or the client Facebook Logo I mean ? That is not showing at all either.

    The date still doesn’t show at all.

    Hi @kristinubute,

    Usually we see this (question mark) when a page is 18+ in the Facebook settings or if page is set to only be visible in certain countries.

    Check out your Facebook Page’s privacy settings.

    Be sure if you change the Facebook privacy settings that after each change you clear our feed cache by clicking to Feed Them tab > Settings > Global Options > Clear cache
