Facebook Feed not working

  • I previously set up a facebook feed based on a facebook page “nikicollierfelt” and everything worked perfectly. In the last month, the feed stopped working and now i cannot recreate the feed. The problems started when I was required to renew the Authentication token (which I did), but the feed still cannot be retrieved. I can get an instagram user feed however (using the same token). Have tried the “Page” and “Restricted Page” options and neither works…

    any advice gratefully received…

    Wow.

    You literally just described the exact same problem that I am having.

    And it started happening around the same time.
    I only now realized it.

    Please if you ever find a solution due update here.

    I have not been able to find a solution online to this point.

    I have the same problem, I can no longer connect to view the feed of a facebook page.
    I also tried to reinstall the module but I cannot reconnect to my account in “Auth”.

    Please share if you have any information.

    I have the exact same problem than @mylenep. Since last friday I cannot connect my account in “Auth” tab, I have the error “Error occurred. Connection timed out after 5000 milliseconds”. I cannot connect my Facebook feed too.

    I anyone have a solution it would be great !

    Same problem here on all my websites: the Facebook feed doesn’t show anymore. At first I had the problem “Invalid OAuth 2.0 Access Token”. After solving it, everything is green (Feeds and Streams tabs), but the Facebook feed is empty on the frontend.

    I can’t see where the problem is, but I suppose something has changed on Facebook side, as other feeds seems to work.

    I would be happy to provide more information if it would be helpful.

    Hello, I managed to solve the issue by replacing the page name by the page ID in Feeds > Content to show

    Exactly, that’s what I did also. But being authenticated still doesn’t retrieve the Facebook feed apparently.

    Same problem here. Also tried to change to pagename to page ID. But still no posts form FB Feed.

    Same problem here. Same solutions applied, but nothing changes.. is there any news?

    Same issue here on a site that has a Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Pinterest stream. It works on another site with only a Facebook stream though. But on that site there is an issue with disappearing post images (so the post is there but it’s image is broken), which can only be solved by manually rebuilding it’s cache.

    Looks like the plugin creators don’t care because they don’t respond to any of the posts here.
