    Hi,
I think that after the second to last update of the plugin almost ALL my products in Facebook/Instagram got rejected because for multiple reasons like:

    1. Visibility (Staging) (?)
    2. Missing data fields like:
google_product_category: A product is missing a field (699 products affected)
variant_label: A product is missing a field (699 products affected)
variant_value: A product is missing a field (699 products affected)
visibility: Product Not Visible (454 products affected)
description: Field Is Too Short (37 products affected)

I am not sure if all this security issue with the visibility caused all my products to show as not visible. Can it be reverted ?

What is it with the missing fields, afaik I have no control on what the feeds grabs or not and if data is missing where to fill it up in my WooCommerce backend.

    thanks!!!

  • Same problem here. All our new product are set to visibility: Staging and can’t be used for ads or Instagram…

    This is so badddd….

    Hey?@jhonb,

Thanks for writing to us about our plugin! I’m sorry to hear that the plugin isn’t working as expected. I am happy to help out here. ??

Products are listed as staging in Facebook usually when the visibility in set to hidden in your WooCommerce store. Would you please double-check if the products are set to display on your shop? You can learn a bit more about the WooCommerce catalog visibility options here:

    https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/managing-products/#section-10

    Thanks,
    Tamara

I have the same problem with google_product_category fields,
variant_value, variant_label. How can this problem be solved? I want to fill out everything that is possible, but how to do it is not clear.

    Hey @n1k0layru,

Thanks so much for reaching out to us! These warnings are expected and can be safely ignored as they don’t affect or indicate an issue with the product sync.

These warnings occur as our plugin doesn’t currently set the Google product category and the variant_label and variant_value fields are only set for variant products so they will be missing for non-variants resulting in the warnings you see.

Are you running into any issues with how the plugin is performing or syncing products?

    Thanks,
    Tamara

I’m having the same issue with products not syncing because visibility is showing as staging. I’ve discovered in my product variation under Facebook Sync it is set to Sync and hide in catalog. Why has this been set to the default option?

    Hi @zeezee10,

As this thread is already marked as resolved and to keep in line with the forum guidelines, would you please create a new topic so we can help out?

    Thank you!

    Julie ??
