Why do thumbnails say that my profile url is

When I open it when logged in fb it returns
Profile Unavailable

If I remove
profile.php?id=
and I open
https://www.facebook.com/598489733610931
it opens foundation profile
https://www.facebook.com/zaklada.zazastituzivotinja

If I click view on Facebook it opens proper image on Facebook and it shows description and number of likes/comments properly.

Also picture is

Can it be done like this?

I tried few combinations but I was not successful (I see black image instead of ?). I don’t code web apps ah…

1. If you want to show more than 5 photos you need the premium version.

2. Using photos from a personal profile has not been tested, it was developed to pull from pages only at the moment.

3. Token will expire after 2hrs if you did not follow and fill in the info at the bottom of this page.

It’s possible you can set more options under the Select Permissions area to allow more photos and other posts to actually show through, but this would be at your own risk as our plugin was not build to pull personal profiles.

The reason you will see question marks on some photos is because permission was probably denied.

Just to note again our plugin was not intended to pull personal profiles because of all the permissions involved for it to work. I suggest making a page or group to promote yourself, you will gain more public exposure that way too.

Another note: you might want to get your facebook ID number instead of using your name, in some cases that will help.

As you can see here <https://www.nadillua.com/social/&gt;, my facebook feed does not display. I have verified that cURL is installed on my server and have the following shortcodes on the page:

I have read through a few different threads on the topic and tried the test short codes, and while short codes containing GoPro work, when I change it to my own facebook id (number or name), I get the following again:

I have tried to determine if I am an admin of my own personal facebook page, but as it’s a personal page and not a group or event, I don’t believe there is such an admin, nor any age restrictions.

I have also tried uninstalling and reinstalling.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Unfortunately our plugin is not setup to handle personal profile accounts on facebook at this time. Only Pages, groups, events and hashtags or Page Albums or Page Album Covers. For some people it works and this is usually because they have made their accounts be public when sharing posts, videos etc. BUT still link problems occur, usually with the profile photo.

Thank you very much for getting back to me! The plugin did work with my Twitter account, but I don’t believe they have such a variety of account types that facebook does.

Hey drewstewa,
The issue is that it is the settings for the group are “Closed Group”. Closed means that no information is Accessible via Facebook’s Graph API. You will have to go into the groups admin settings and change it to “Open Group” to use it with our plugin.This doesn’t mean anyone can join. There is a different setting for approving people into the group.

The posts will show up after you do this. ??

There is a problem in Facebook that we can’t change the Group Policies to the Public because its large group.
Is there any other way from your side (get a access token or something else) Please if that it would be great for us.

We don’t have anything in place to allow for closed groups unfortunately.
