    Hi

    How can I use Facebook for WooCommerce plugin for multiple Facebook pages to create multiple pixels?

    Let me explain you, I need this plugin to sync my website products to the Facebook page but when I installed this plugin the Pixel option is available but the reason is I am already using this plugin one of my website and Facebook page but when I want to use this plugin to my another website and Facebook page, it says I can use only Pixel for one page.

    So my question is how can I use this plugin for multiple websites and Facebook pages.

    Or is there any option to skip the pixel feature on Facebook for WooCommerce plugin?

  • Hey @faarukh!

    Thanks for the great question. At this moment, Facebook only allows a single pixel to be created for your personal ad account. This pixel can only be linked to a single store as well, meaning it isn’t possible to use on multiple websites.

    As it’s only possible to select personal Ad Account pixels with the current Facebook API version, there isn’t anything we can do at this stage.

    That said, the good news is that in the upcoming release of Facebook’s latest API, we’re expecting that it should be possible to select pixels that were created and managed by Business Manager instead. This allows you to create multiple pixels within the Business Manager account, and therefore, should work for multiple sites!

    I don’t have an estimated release date for the new version at this time, though we are hoping to receive the new API shortly. I would recommend keeping an eye on the changelog, and the new versions, to give this another go when available.
