    Hi,

    I’m trying to connect my store with Facebook but keep getting a connection error.

    Since I can’t add a screenshot here’s what it says on the error page.

    “Something went wrong when connecting to Facebook”

    Could not retrieve installation IDs

    Regarding that error message that you are seeing, are you by any chance seeing any other error with a stack trace that you can share with us?

    If you aren’t able to find anything, please try going to WooCommerce > Status > Logs > and then check if there are any Fatal Errors or errors from Facebook for WooCommerce: https://d.pr/i/YBgw5g

    It would also be really great if you could share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
