    Hi

    One of our clients is using “Facebook for Woocommerce” to sync products from Woocommerce to Facebook. Sadly it doesn’t sync the price when products are set on sale. Ex. Right now this product is on sale https://littlecolumbine.com/produkt-kategori/maerker/jellycat/ – but when I look in the Facebook Product Catalogue it’s showing the normal price. The price was updated a few days ago, so it should have had enough time to sync. Right now the plugin is set to sync every night.

    Could you look into the problem?

    When syncing your products to Facebook, the sale price should certainly be shown, as long as it is being set through the WooCommerce default sale price field and not by another plugin.

    I have a couple of questions for you based on your request. Hopefully we can figure out why the prices aren’t lining up.

    When you are setting a sale price, are you using the default WooCommerce sale price field, or is another plugin determining this price? When you say that it syncs every night, how is that being determined? Out-of-the-box, Facebook should be syncing these when they are created or edited.

    It looks like it sorted out itself. We had a few days, where updates didn’t go through, but it’s been working fine ever since.

    In response to your questions – The sale price is set under “product variables” and then sale.

    The sync settings are controlled within Facebook.
