I have installed the Facebook for Woocommerce and created the meta-pixel from facebook. Also have installed the meta tags in the website header using pixelyousite plugin. However, my Woocommerce catalogue is still not imported to the facebook shop. I get an error on woocommerce saying “Could not create a new system user”.

I checked this thread (https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/plugin-doesnt-sync-products-with-catalog/#post-15605396) and enables 2FA and checked whether non-latin characters were present in “wc_facebook_external_business_id”. There is a “-“. I don;’t know if that is non-latin or not.

Hi @danodco

Could you try disconnecting from Facebook from within the plugin’s settings under Marketing > Facebook then disconnect from within Facebook.com here:

https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=business_tools&ref=settings

Then try to connect again using the Connection Wizard to connect to Facebook
