Facebook for Woocommerce only shows Page ID

Did you use the Facebook set up wizzard to make the connection following the steps here:

If so, I’d recommend disconnecting and reconnecting to see if that helps:

Hello, yes the above is a result of following through the connection wizard on Facebook.

I was able to edit the pixel via the wp_options table in the database, so I know the plugin is not broken, as it presents the pixel successfully- however I cannot get the plugin wizard to fetch all the required fields itself.

Can you tell us more about what fields you are referring to? Please send us a screenshot of the page as it will help us understand where you are and what is going on.

I mean all the fields I listed in my initial post:

The only one that returns back with a value filled in, is the Page field, just out of the screenshot.

Not yet @katsss, I plan on opening a ticket like I was advised too above, I will update this post of anything comes of it though.

Hi all!

For this, try this link as it has a plugin which can ‘reset’ the connection to Facebook.

Often when the ID alone shows up then something did not sync right, however Facebook will ‘hold onto’ the ID and consistently try to just reconnect the same settings; which in this case do not populate anything else. Resetting the connection completely will usually resolve this.

Please test this out and let us know the results!
