Facebook for Woocommerce: Pixel Not Firing

    Hi,

    I setup the Facebook for Woocommerce as follows:

    – The plugin was already preinstalled
    – I ran the setup from my wordpress account (woocommerce>settings>integrations)
    – I connected the the page

    – BUT THEN: when I saw some online tutorials it seems the plugin automatically setup a facebook pixel…However in my case this was not so. I then went an manually setup a facebook pixel. Then started the above process from the beginning.

    – I connected the pixel I manually setup.

    BUT NOW: the pixel does not fire!

    Any suggestions how to fix this?

    Note also that all ad blockers etc have been turned OFF

    Thanks for reaching out about Facebook for WooCommerce!

    When connecting to your Facebook store, you should be given the option to choose a pixel or prompted to create one if you do not yet have any. From there, the plugin will install the pixel on your site. You should also be able to confirm the pixel connection at any time under WooCommerce > Settings > Integration > Facebook for WooCommerce > Pixel.

    However, I’m glad to hear that you were able to get this resolved! Is there anything else that we can help with for now?
