Hi @mechita!
Thanks for sharing the screenshot. From what I can see, there are two catalogs for NYCE Cosmetics Spain. The second one on the list has the naming structure I would expect from a catalog created by the plugin, and we can see products have been synced! The second catalog, which is the fourth one in the list, has zero products and has the naming structure I’d expect when the shop was setup manually outside of the plugin.
So this is great, this confirms what we assumed the issue would be in the last few replies! So we can go ahead and get this sorted out for you.
To start with we need to delete the empty catalog, which will also remove the link to the shop page as well:
- Open up the?products catalog?once again, and select the empty catalog
- Click the?Settings?option in the left-hand sidebar
- At the bottom of the screen, click the?Delete?button to remove the catalog and shop page link.
With that done, the shop page will be empty, and the link removed. We can then connect the existing catalog of the plugin to the shop page instead. The easiest way to do that is to run through the setup wizard again which will connect up the shop page and sync products.
- In your WordPress admin head to?WooCommerce > Settings > Integration > Facebook for WooCommerce.
- Click “Manage connection”. See screenshot here:?https://cloud.skyver.ge/o0uDe1np
- Head to “Advanced Options” on the popup window.
- Click the “Remove” button and confirm. See screenshot here:?https://cloud.skyver.ge/4gummdo4
- You will be taken to a fresh Welcome screen to choose a Facebook page.
- Set up the connection?as described in our documentation.
- Ensure you leave the?WooCommerce > Settings > Integration > Facebook for WooCommerce?page open while products sync.
Would you please let me know if the issues persist once you’ve had a chance to follow the above steps?
Cheers!
Simon.
