• I couldn’t find a Facebook Group, Github, Reddit, or Discord where users can talk or collaborate. Any comments here are responded with, ‘we can’t help for the paid version here because moderators’ and any emails I’ve sent to Cozmoslab, while they are all responded to ultimately result in being told to reach out to Codeable.io.

I’m sure there are code snippets we could share or usage tips, but it doesn’t seem like there is anywhere to go so I made a Facebook Group for unofficial collaboration.

Please join and maybe together this plugin will get even better!

  • Hello @bekillian

    Thanks for taking the initiative!

We are sorry about your seemingly unpleasant experience, but we utterly lack the resources for custom work — our development team spends their time working on the product itself so that all can benefit.

But again, thank you for creating that space, and may it be as useful as possible.

    With best regards,
    Gabriel

    Hello @gabrielberzescu

I appreciate the support! Please don’t misunderstand – I love Profile Builder Pro. I think I’m more genuinely surprised that a plugin I would consider part of my basic set for almost any WordPress website has no community. I use Elementor all the time and participate in two different Facebook Groups for it.

I understand that you are too busy for custom work and since you can’t provide the same level of support here due to restriction, I would recommend making your own customer forum like GeneratePress does. Instead of the only option being a one-to-one email between your team and the clients there could be more open discussion that is searchable for other users who might run into the same issues.

I have had other bad experiences with Codeable that don’t reflect on my feelings towards Cozmoslabs. Sometimes all you need is a code snippet and Codeable takes too long and costs too much to be reliable.

I hope the Facebook Group grows to be a collaborative community like the Elementor groups have become and would welcome to let anybody from Cozmoslabs participate, as they wish to announce updates, beta tests, or just requesting feedback, but understand if they feel like they cannot.

    Hi @bekillian

Thanks for the suggestion of making our own customer forum. I am forwarding it to management, so it might be implemented in the future, but we can’t estimate when that may be.

I too hope that the Facebook Group grows to be a collaborative community — as it probably will, so again thanks for taking care of that.

    With best of wishes,
    Gabriel
