Actually, even Firefox shows this symptom. You just need to go to the lower part of the icon

Could you please check if you have it selected to open a new window after click on the icon (under question 6, i.e. this option https://www.screencast.com/t/IAxrJz0g)? Is the issue fixed if you turn that off?

Yes, that worked. Yet, I am confused why when this is enabled by default, that it caused a blank popup.
