Facebook image being cropped from middle instead of top

    Thank you for replying but I do not see anywhere on that page where it addresses my issue.

    Facebook and your plugin are using the correct image, but since the image is square, the image is being cropped off the top and the bottom, IOW from the center. I’d like it to only crop what is not needed off the bottom of the image. In functions.php I have created a custom thumbnail type with hard crop off the bottom that is the correct shape but I can’t see anywhere where to specify to use that thumbnail type.

    And I don’t understand why one of the three posts that I did was cropped correctly and the other two were cropped from the center.
