    Please use this plugin https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/wp-facebook-open-graph-protocol/ to make FB trace the meta datas correctly.

    Thanks for your reply. I’ve installed the plug-in you’re recommended to use, added the user id and tried it… but then I can select no image at all.

    While using only Wp-Socializer, I have the option to select 1 out of 3-4 images… but very often (say 7 out of 10 times) not the right image (thumbnail of the post) is available.

    Strange, while with the other social sites it is no problem at all.

    It’s because FB uses different methods to trace out the image. So it varies from one social media button to another. But a well tuned theme will make it work proper. Thank you.
