    Hi,
I have recently received the following error message:

All-in-One Event Calendar Facebook Import Error

We couldn’t delete data from Facebook as we don’t have a valid access token. Try to log out of Facebook from the Events > Calendar Feeds screen, then log in again.

    Please see this screenshot: https://imgur.com/lAIjMgK

Where do I log out of Facebook?

Any help would be much appreciated.

    Thanks!

    Hi @canu,

Can you try a different browser to access the Facebook Import section again, or, try clearing your browser cache. If you are using IE or Chrome, just hit [CTRL] + [Shift] + [Delete] simultaneously then follow instructions to [Clear Browsing Data]. Then try again.

If the problem persists, and for faster assistance, please log into your Timely account and open a ticket by clicking on the Get Help link, or click here: https://dashboard.time.ly/account/get-help.

Let me know if you require further assistance.

    Hi Sunny,

Thanks for getting back to me.

I tried again using Edge instead of Chrome and unfortunately, the screen looked exactly the same as before.
I then tried to login my Timely account using my username and found that only my e-mail address would be accepted.
I reset the password for my e-mail address and tried to access the Get Help screen but only see the following:

    Get Help
    Get Help unavailable

Any further assistance would be much appreciated.

    Thanks,
    canu

    Hi @canu

Try resetting your Facebook API secret.

Go to this URL and click on your Facebook Api then click on the reset button:
    https://developers.facebook.com/apps

Then login to your Timely account again.

Let me know if that works…

    Hi Sunny,

    Thanks for the advice.
I will try and reset the Facebook API as soon as possible.

What has happened with my Timely account as I’m still unable to get help as described before?

    Regards,
    canu

    Hi @canu,

If you have acquired the calendar through your account, then you would see an active Get Help link… if you didn’t do it that way, the link will be inactive. If this is an error, let me know what your email address is and I’ll look into it.

    Hi Sunny,

I acquired my calendar some time ago. The user ID was completely different from what is now. The e-mail address is currently used as the ID rather than the original User ID. I attempted to use the password that I had on file and failed so I reset it. The password reset message was received at my e-mail address so hopefully that will indicate that it is a known e-mail address and that my account records are on file somewhere.
    My e-mail address is [ redacted ]

Any further assistance would be much appreciated.

    Regards,
    canu

    Hi @canu,

What kind of calendar are you running? If you cancel any subsriptions you have and purchase through your Timely account, this would enable Get Help access for your calendar.

Ok simply download and install the calendar through your Timely account in order to get access to the Get Help button… you can download your current events, then import them into your new calendar once it’s installed.

I downloaded and installed the latest version of this software and the error message was removed so I’m assuming that all is now well.

    Thanks for your help Sunny.
