Facebook/Instagram shop issue

Originally all my articles were in the facebook shop. Unfortunately now there are either articles that have disappeared or articles that have an indication of error in facebook. I contacted Facebook and was told that the problem was on the woocommerce side.

I understand that after integration with WooCommerce, the articles have either disappeared or are giving errors.

Just to confirm – by ‘articles‘, are you referring to Facebook Instant Articles as explained here? https://developers.facebook.com/docs/instant-articles/

I understand that some products are no longer showing in your Facebook shop. Are these products in your WooCommerce > Products admin page, are they synced correctly to Facebook and in stock?

You could also take a full backup and clear your Facebook catalog, then sync back over to Facebook. Here are some helpful articles for you.

How to ensure that all products are synchonized with Facebook.
I manually forced a sync.
The articles are present in facebook, some with an error. Error that does not come from facebook, but I also find no error in woocommerce, so difficult to understand the problem.

I have not changed anything and now all my products are in the facebook shop with the exception of two products for which I have the following error :
Unsupported post request. Object with ID ‘3912278348896104’ does not exist, cannot be loaded due to missing permissions, or does not support this operation. Please read the Graph API documentation at https://developers.facebook.com/docs/graph-api

Now, while I did not make any modification certain product we again disappeared from the facebook shop. I can’t find any product errors.
The system is completely random.
How do you explain that at some point all products are present without error and that a few hours later some products disappear?

This is most likely a communication issue with Facebook API during sync, so products are getting synced and unsynced.

In most cases deleting all products from the Facebook catalog and then re-syncing again fix these kinds of issues.
