Facebook Instant Articles Settings Does not Working

I installed the plugin 2 weeks ago and set up IA for my WP site. it was working properly. but yesterday when I post new article, fb-instant-articles cannot convert article to IA. Plugin loader gets rolling Persistently.

And I deactivate the plugin and reActivated and tried to set up. I gave My App id and secret, Its connected. then logged in to facebook. After facebook Authentication, The plugin set up page does not lead me anywhere. Im struck.
