    Hi,

I’m having trouble with the Facebook integration on my store. When I try to connect to my Meta Ads account, I’m getting redirected to this link: https://connect.woocommerce.com/app-store-login/facebook, but it gives me a “400 Bad Request” error (nginx).

This issue is blocking me from connecting my Facebook account to WooCommerce, which I need for managing my ads.

Can you help me fix this?

    Thanks,

Hi @eogui , Please clarify on, which plugin you are using for this integration with Facebook account for connecting meta Ads. Is this plugin updated to the latest version?

We look forward to hearing back from you as soon as possible.

Hello @eogui I’m going to assume you’re using the Facebook for WooCommerce app. You need to submit a ticket over there. This forum gets is only for WooCommerce core and your question is related to the app, not core.

    Submit a ticket here

Even if it’s not this app, you still need to submit a ticket to whichever app you’re using for integration to Facebook.

    Thanks for your responses.

Yes, I’m using the Facebook for WooCommerce plugin, and it’s up to date. I’ll go ahead and open a ticket with the plugin support as suggested. However, just to clarify, the error is occurring on a WooCommerce site (https://connect.woocommerce.com/app-store-login/facebook), not directly within the plugin itself.

I wanted to make sure you were aware of this in case it’s something that needs to be looked into on the WooCommerce side as well.

    Thanks again for the help!

@eogui We saw the error yes. The only thing I can think of is a security app you have installed or your host has a firewall. The team that deals with that app will know better as they most likely have come across this issue more. This is core only issues. Which this doesn’t seem to be a part of.

I have the same exacte issu, did you find a solution ?

    Hello @wp4wawa,

Thank you reaching out to WooCommerce Support.

The problem you’re experiencing seems related to the Facebook for WooCommerce plugin. As this forum is for WooCommerce core support, I recommend you post here on the plugin’s dedicated support forum.

I do hope the issue is resolved soon!
