    Hi,

I’m having trouble with the Facebook integration on my store. When I try to connect to my Meta Ads account, I’m getting redirected to this link: https://connect.woocommerce.com/app-store-login/facebook, but it gives me a “400 Bad Request” error (nginx).

This issue is blocking me from connecting my Facebook account to WooCommerce, which I need for managing my ads.

Can you help me fix this?

    Hey there @eogui ,

Please share a small video of the flow that triggers this error. You are welcome to hide any confidential information on the screen. Could you also, confirm if you have tried connecting the plugin from another browser/ internet connection to see if that makes any difference?

I’d also like to understand more about your setup. Please send me a copy of your site’s System Status.
You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Download for support”.? Once you download that file, could you attach it to your reply. You are welcome to remove any confidential information from the status report as well.

    Hi @eogui,

Thank you for sharing the video. Can you confirm if this also happens if you try to start the connection through the plugin side? https://woocommerce.com/document/facebook-for-woocommerce/#connect-your-facebook-account. I was able to connect this way.

Additionally, have you checked if you have any firewalls or restrictions on your site? Can you also try disabling every other plugin except WooCommerce and Facebook for WooCommerce, as well as using a default theme (like Storefront, or Twenty Twenty-Four).

    Please keep us posted.

    Thanks!

    Hi?@aijazmahdavi, thanks for following up.

The issue concerns a configuration setting in the WooCommerce Integration app on Facebook. We’ve updated the setting, but the authorization process doesn’t seem to reflect this change yet. We’ve reached out to Meta to ask for clarification.

In the meantime, we’ve added a workaround on GitHub that should do the trick: https://github.com/woocommerce/facebook-for-woocommerce/issues/2795#issuecomment-2443797016

    Cheers
