I used the Facebook for WooCommerce plugin to sync my shop to Facebook. All the products uploaded to FB properly, but the “Quantity to Sell” is 0 (zero) for all products. How can I fix this? Is there some attribute in WooCommerce that I need to change to get the product quantities to appear in FB?

I’m using “checkout via Facebook” for my Facebook shop.

I have manually synced the plugin with FB, with the same result.

We are up-to-date on core WooCommerce and WP versions.

I read the article https://woocommerce.com/document/facebook-for-woocommerce-products-are-not-displaying-in-facebook-shop/#doc-title and none of the conditions covered in that article apply to my shop.

Please let me know how I can fix the 0 quantity issue. Thank you.

From what I understand, you’re having issues with the “Quantity to Sell” appearing as zero for all products when using the Facebook for WooCommerce plugin.

I found a similar issue discussed on our support forum: Facebook showing “Quantity to Sell” as 0 for all items

To summarize, at the moment, Facebook for WooCommerce doesn’t support the “Facebook Checkout” feature. This is a known issue and selecting it can cause sync problems with the extension. If you change the checkout method to website checkout, this should resolve the issue. The extension was primarily designed to redirect users to complete purchases on your website, where you have your preferred payment and shipping methods configured.

The “Quantity to Sell” field is only available when using Facebook checkout. Otherwise, products are simply marked as in stock or out of stock. If you’re using Facebook Checkout, you might encounter issues fulfilling orders paid on Facebook.

We understand the importance of this feature to some merchants and we’re aware of Meta’s upcoming changes to Facebook Shop that may require all US Facebook Shops to use Facebook Checkout. We’re actively exploring a solution and will keep you updated as we learn more about Facebook’s plans and how they might impact your use of Facebook for WooCommerce.

We also have a ?? pinned support thread on Facebook’s upcoming changes to the checkout process. Please keep an eye on this for updates.

I hope this information helps. If you have any more questions or need further assistance, please don’t hesitate to ask.
