    Hello,

    I have created a feed with adtribes for Facebook.
    (I already use adtribes for other facebook catalogues (in other account) and everything works fine.)
    This time validation not allowes me to add an XML file to facebook catalogue as it claims that format is wrong. I have double check the feed many times, compare it to ones are working and I’m not able to find the issue.
    The error I see says exactly:
    “URL does not link to supported file. Make sure that the URL that you provide links to a CSV,TSV or XML (RSS/ATOM) file and begins with HTTP, https, FTP or sftp.”
    Here is the link to the feed I’m referring to:
    https://komfortmobler.dk/wp-content/uploads/woo-product-feed-pro/xml/YjCck0VP9HFiTwe3jP85n38XoCPJckLK.xml

    Looking forward to your help as I’m running out of ideas what can be wrong.

    Best regards,

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @rafalszynczewski ,

    I suggest trying to duplicate the feed/refreshing it or creating a new feed. Pass on the new feed link to Facebook and see if that works.

    Do also try using different link formats, IE (HTTP and HTTPS);

    If not, then it’s an issue on Facebook’s end as the file is XML. I suggest reaching out to Facebook’s support team on why it’s not accepting the link.

    Hi @superlemon1998
    Thank you so much for getting back to me.

    Regarding duplicating/refreshing feed I have the same thoughts, I already create 4-5 different ones to see if its a bug in creation but unfortunately didn’t help as issue appear.

    Do also try using different link formats, IE (HTTP and HTTPS);
    Do you mean by changing manually in URL from HTTPS to HTTP? If yes I did it as well, but I didn’t find option while creating to change final URL.

    I also already tried to contact Facebook, but unfortunately currently its hard to get chat/call support and my support request are not answered yet.

    What is interesting and actually could said that problem is not on FB / this account side:
    To mentioned account I tried to add different feed that is create with adtribes plugin same way and its going through completely fine:
    https://hillysheep.com/wp-content/uploads/woo-product-feed-pro/xml/lzjdc3eli7nsbo4neftexupx2eioyda5.xml

    In this case I kind of run out of ideas? Do you installing and adding plugin again could help?
    If we will go for premium user with adtribes will the feed be generated same way? Could that help?

    Looking forward for your answer.

    Hi @rafalszynczewski ,

    I really can’t say why it’s not being accepted. Maybe Facebook’s end is just rejecting the feed. You mention that other feeds work on the account.

    Have you tried creating fresh feed and using that on Facebook? Other than that, it might be that some values or attributes are not supported.

    IE the in_stock is not supported. Facebook supports in stock and out of stock. Use Rules and filter to change the values on our plugin.

    I suggest looking through this page and ensuring that you have all the required attributes/fields: Data feed fields and specifications for catalogues in Commerce Manager | Meta Business Help Centre (facebook.com)

    For the price try moving the currency code to Suffix/Prefix (with spacing)
