    feed was working fine for years until yesteray.

    no changes has been made, just update the CTX Plugin

    Das Abrufen des Feeds vom HTTP-Server führte zu einem Autorisierungsfehler. Bitte vergewissere dich, dass Meta auf diesen Feed zugreifen kann, und versuche es noch einmal. Achte darauf, dass du den korrekten Benutzernamen und das korrekte Passwort angegeben hast, falls diese ben?tigt werden.

    Hi @kaklappen

    The issue is not related to feed validity rather then an issue with your server. Facebook couldn’t fetch your feed from your website. So, we suggest you to check your feed link if its still valid and if yes, go to your facebook commerce account and fetch the feed again manually and wait until it processes the new feed.

    The feed is reachable without login, and I haven’t changed any settings over the last 6 month.

    Despite manually updating and trying to import the feed via Facebook several times, there have been no changes, its not working

    This issue started on 6.7.24 (I got an email from facebook that it stoped upating automaticaly) after the last CTX plugin update, so it seems to be related to the plugin rather than Facebook.

    thanks for getting back to us by email, just as I have written by mail, here again for public good:

    the feed is public, no restrictions

    so therefore its not a matter of permissions.

    All of this I have already written in here:

    Since Facebook was able to crawl the feed for more than 6 month every 2 hours it′s also not a matter of facebook.


    So you see, that the only thing that has changed in all of this setup is the update of your plugin.

    Feed is public
    facebook was working for 6 month (no changes have been made)
    -> your update break it

    so whats next?
