Facebook Lead tracking not working

    Hello,
    First of all thank you for your plugin !

    I’m having a hard time getting the Fb lead working, so far after few trials I have this error :

    “We detected event code but the pixel has not activated for this event, so no information was sent to Facebook. This could be due to an error in the code, but could also occur if the pixel fires on a dynamic event such as a button click.Learn more”

    I must be missing something out and would love to get it working.

    Hi @shiro44444,

    This information is normal on page load as the contact form has not been sent.

    The important part is “but could also occur if the pixel fires on a dynamic event such as a button click”. That’s the case with the lead action on submit of the contact form.

    Nevertheless we have noticed that on your website there is another error that prevents the event from firing even after sending the contact form.

    With more than one form on the page this plugin doesn’t work. There are other plugins that can handle more than one form on each page, ours can’t. Sorry for that.

    Hello,

    In fact, I created the second form to test if the problem was coming from the first one and I noticed that it was the issue because the first form is from my template created by Ronneby. Their form doesn’t respond to the same rules as the real CF7. I tested your plugin with the real CF7 and it’s working. It was a waste of time from my part wanting to make the fake CF7 form working with your plugin, I’ll just have to create a real CF7 and use your plugin.
