Facebook Like Box loads sloooooow

I put the Facebook Like Box in my sidebar (https://topexerciseworkouts.com)
and it is working OK but it takes about 20 seconds to load after the the rest of the page is already up.If I click to another page the same thing happens. Why is it taking so long to load? Is there a way to fix this? Thanks.
