Facebook like button does not create share dialogue box

Using the sharing buttons module on a few sites as the ‘official’ buttons configuration, the facebook button only records a ‘like’ but doesn’t offer the user a dialogue box popup to give their own commentary for their wall post.

I don’t think this is a W3TC issue as I have one site that is using WP Supercache and another with W3TC one different hosts that both have this problem.
