    hello jrivett did you check your css iframe maybe you have it overflow:hidden
    sometimes that cause the issue

    I didn’t modify the behaviour of the plugin at all, if that’s what you mean. It just does this out of the box. Or possibly you’re implying that in order for the Facebook dialog to work, I have to make changes to my site’s CSS? If so, where would I make the change?

    check your theme css or any css that might affect the the popup
    you can check using firebug in Mozilla and in chrome using inspect elements
