Facebook like count resets to zero after move

I moved my site from one host to another, and did a fresh install of WP.
Installed Sociable (again), and the Facebook count for all pages and posts went to zero. This did not happen with Twitter, whose count remained accurate. New Facebook likes are counted.
Lost many likes in the process.
