    hello,

this is a common problem of the Facebook button, which has to do with the site’s template/theme.
if you make your search, you will find ways to modify its css.
I repeat, this is a problem, caused by Facebook.

    hello,

we didn’t receive response from you, so we’re going to resolve the current topic.

    thank you.

“if you make your search, you will find ways to modify its css.”
“I repeat, this is a problem, caused by Facebook.”

My FB like button opens a FB comment form that is only as wide as the button itself, and of course can’t be used.

(This is using the default WordPress theme with no other plugins or themes installed on a brand new blog.)

Are you saying there is no code in this plugin that sets those small dimensions for this FB like button?

“if you make your search, you will find ways to modify its css.”

Where does a person perform this search, and what do they search for exactly?

Can you search for it please and update the plugin so it just works without the end user needing to be a programmer/know how to edit css? Most people will have no clue on how to do this, and there are dozens of other plugins with a FB like button that don’t have this issue at all. Please fix!

Without FB working correctly, for whatever reason, people will have to use another plugin where the FB button works since FB has the largest share of this social traffic atm…

Love the plugin other than that – everything else I tested worked perfectly.

Please note, that the following description concern a variety of publishers, who faced the same issue before.
Despite the fact that the target problem source it is facebook’s button, and you can figure this and replicate it, if you add on your page, the facebook button, which is located here:
    https://developers.facebook.com/docs/plugins/like-button
we tried hard and finally, found a permanent solution, from our end, so this problem, will never happen again.
