    How do Facebook likes work on the plugin? If it’s for the page shouldn’t we link it to a page? If it’s for a post, how it’s linked to it? Even if I share it from my site, I still can’t like it on FB.
    I couldn’t find the answer here. If there’s a topic here about this please redirect me to it.

    Thank you for your question. If the Facbeook like button appears on a certain page, then if people click on it, they like that page where the button is on.

    Does that make it clearer? Not sure if I fully understood your question.

    I have my site: novelplayhouse.com and a page on Facebook where I upload the posts that I write on my site.
    When visitors press like on the facebook icon what do exactly they like?
    The page on FB? The post on FB?

    They like the post, i.e. where the like button appears.

    If you want to make them like your Facebook page instead, that is possible in this plugin https://www.ultimatelysocial.com/usm-premium/

    Oh, so they like the post but it’s not linked to FB in some way. It doesn’t show on the facebook, right?

    It’s still linked to Facebook: your blog post got a like on Facebook. But not sure how Facebook uses that information.

    Like doesn’t work for me. Share and Visit work fine, but when I press the Like button, the FB window opens and close and there’s no like on my post on FB.
