facebook likes not correct on my blog site

I stupidely messed around with the plugins on my blog

The facebook like button one (which I have deleted by mistake) is what is giving me the most trouble. I have tried to install lots of different new like button plug ins and have also tried to install a code direct from facebook. However no matter what I do the number of likes showing on the blog are incorrect (reduced by about 70%). I have tried testing my site in the face book debug tool and get a message saying ‘Object at URL ‘https://recipesfromapantry.com/wordpress’ of type ‘article’ is invalid because the given value ” for property ‘fb:app_id’ could not be parsed as type ‘fbid’. I dont know what this means or what to do next. Can anyone help at all, pretty please……..
